Actress Pamela Anderson's former husband Kid Rock will not face charges over a scuffle with her other ex-husband, Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, at the MTV awards.Kid Rock, 36, was alleged to have slapped and punched 45-year-old Tommy Lee at the recent event at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Tommy Lee was taken away from the ceremony, although Kid Rock was allowed to remain, however, neither of the musicians were taken into police custody, and Clark County district attorney David Roger later stated that Kid Rock will not face charges.
The scuffle was said to have taken place in the audience at the MTV Video Music Awards, on 9 September, and Kid Rock was cited for alleged "misdemeanour battery" by police, it has been reported.
Pamela Anderson was a presenter at the show at which both her past husbands were present.
Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson were divorced in February, only six months after the couple had wed.
